Where are your Servers located?

We operate from two Manchester datacentres: Reynolds House is our primary facility, and Greenheys is used as a backup/disaster recovery (DR) facility.  All our servers are based in the UK.

Are you really Unlimited?

Yes! Our cloud is scalable and grows as our customers needs do. Before now, hosting accounts were limited to the size of the server they were hosted from. This prevented hosting accounts being unlimited, as a single physical server has restrictions.  i-netuk is different. We use the latest cloud technology to provide a limitless hosting platform.

Will I get all of the promised RAM, bandwidth, etc.?

Yes. Although many providers over-provision RAM, we don't.  100% of the RAM for your hosting is real RAM all of the time.

We will not penalize you for using all of your bandwidth either. Again, some providers promise you more bandwidth than they can really give you. When you use too much, they cut you off for passing some hidden limit. We don't do that. Instead, we make reasonable promises that we can keep.

Why should I choose i-netuk?

We provide 24/7 email support and 09.00am - 9.00pm telephone support from our Chiltern based office including weekends. Support is important to us, we will help at any stage to ensure your hosting out performs your expectations.

Absolutely, our hosting is 100% PCI compliant, if you run an online shop and take credit card transactions, don't worry. We are scanned monthly and maintain 100% PCI compliance. We can also provide a dedicated IP address & SSL Certificate.

What Is Supported?

Our platform provides PHP 5.2, MySQL 5, CGI, Perl, Python, SSI and Miva using the award winning Plesk Control Panel 9.5.

Are extra IPs available?

Absolutely. Extra IPv4 addresses are just £1.25/mo/each.

How long am I committed?

You can cancel at any time, we offer an Anytime Money Back Guarantee, this means if you are unhappy with our service and wish to move away we will refund any months not used on your account. We don't require any contracts or term commitments.
