Booking Terms and Conditions

Please note the following Terms and Conditions for Fusions On-line bookings for Members and Non Members. In order to progress to our Online bookings pages please read the Terms & Conditions and if you agree with them click on the "Agree with "T&Cs" button below.

1. Paying for bookings
1.1 Members and non-members must pay for their chosen activity at the time of booking or the booking will automatically be cancelled.

2. Booking Times
2.1 The booking time covers the period of use including up to 5 minutes setting up and up to 5 minutes clearing away of facilities relating to any booking.

3. Confirmation of booking/checking-in
3.1 All hirers, customers must report to reception on arrival
3.2 All on line bookings are confirmed by the issuing of a booking confirmation direct to your nominated email address
3.3 A booking confirmation will only be issued subject to receipt of payment or receipt if the booking is a part of your membership
3.4 The booking confirmation slip must be produced at reception on arrival of the reception to validate a booking
3.5 All bookings are made in the name of a specified individual as set out on the booking confirmation. Proof of identity may be required. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Conditions of Use
4.1 All hires and bookings are made subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use that may apply from time to time. These are available from reception and displayed at the Leisure Centre’s, and are issued with any membership.
4.2 If members rights are abused the membership may be terminated without notice. Membership is non-refundable.

5. Cancellation of bookings
5.1 Confirmed bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the centre.

6. Non-attendance
6.1 Members whose bookings are part of their membership and who fail to attend for a confirmed booking will be expected to pay the standard facility rate. This is subject to the centres local terms and conditions.
